Type KHK-ZM balancing machines are designed to measure unbalance and perform production quality checks of unfinished and finished crankshafts for in-line and V-engines.

- Measuring between centres of cut to length blanks
- Checking of finish machined shafts on measuring rollers
- Measuring and correction software to balance the shafts in the webs or
- by shifting the centring
- Optionally available with a manual correction device (e.g. drilling)
- Data transfer via Ethernet interfacing
- Applications
- Production checking of car and truck crankshafts for in-line and V-engines
- Can be used as a single machine with manual loading as well as with automatic loading by loading gantry
